It was a bet

I lost a bet with one of my friends, so I had to draw this and join a contest with it. I'm not sure how long time it took, but I think it was about two hours. I drw one with a black background too, but I obviously decided on the blue-ish one..

I think I need to practise on drawing eyes, though.
